Analysis in AIS project, what is all about??

Good evening to sir Fenddy and all viewers,
For the AIS project i and my member fatin choose a Management company. In that company got no transaction with any fixed assets but that company got sales, divided by four categories there are sales-service charges, sales-singking fund. sales-water and sales-assessment. because of this we really feel tough when perform to the mannual  transaction and also transferred to the UBS system. but we both don't give up to complete this project up to the end.

AIS project- unsettled issues & nearing dateline

Good evening sir and all viewers,

 aaaahhhh dateline for project its near the corner but a lot of things didn't complete yet ;( now still key in the transaction. the pending things is SWOT , company profile and binding. But we really need to thanks sir Fenddy to extend the dateline for the project, actually the dateline will be on this friday extend to next week wednesday sir fenddy really pity for his students ;)  

"Accounting Assumptions Page" for UBS project. What is it all about?

Assumptions are traditions and customs, which have been developed over a period of time and well-accepted by the profession. Basic accounting assumptions provide a foundation for recording the transactions and preparing the financial statements there from. There are four basic assumptions that are considered as cornerstones of the foundation of accounting. 

For UBS project, the assumptions that we can made is that, the company that we have taken, is the company might be paid the expenses not on time but they record it as at on that month. for example,the utilities bills for February,they pay it on March,but they record it on February. These concept are wrongly recorded.

However, we try to do more accounting assumptions to this company, and try to advise to the owner on how to improve better in doing accounting.

FIVE (5) UBS skills that we have learned.

As at the last class, Sir Fendi has taught us lots of new skills in UBS system exercise.
There are five skills that we have learned :
1) Edit Transaction - we can edit the transactions by clicking to V.Edit button and change the amount or anything that we want to change. This can save time in editing the transactions. If we use the Edit button, we need to do one by one and it takes time.


2) Lock the Batches - we need to go the organise batch, highlight the batch that we want to lock,and then click the Lock button. 'L' will be appear in Lock Status column. This mean,the batch has been locked and no more transaction or editing activities is allowed. When we want to edit, a message "this transaction has been lock" will appear.

3) Unlock the Batches - to unclock the batches, we need to go to the administrative tools at housekeeping button,enter the UBS password,click on Tools tab and then,click on number 6 item and click apply. After that,highlight at the batches, erase at L.Trans column and L.Status column then exit. When we check back,we can edit the transaction on that batch.

4) Month End Processing - these skill is to close the accounting transaction. The closing balance of each double entry account shall be carried forward to next accounting month as the opening balance. After do these skill, we are not allowed to do correction of transactions or add any of it.


5) Enter the Opening Balances - Key in opening balances into debit and credit side accordingly. Only if the starting period is equal to 2 onwards,then we can enter the opening balances.

Accounting Information System project current progress as at 9 February.

As at 9 February, we still in converting the source documents to the manual accounting. We realise that,in one day the sales is a lot then we thought. However, we pray,we can manage to finish it on time.
 

On tomorrow,we are going to show to Sir Fendi,the 3 months manual accounting that we done. We think,by Friday or Monday we can finish it all.

Relationship between assignment 7 and UBS Accounting Information Project.

Assalamualaikum and very good evening to readers. We want to apologize because the posting is late enough. 

So,we need to jump up for while,for the last two posting we will be posted after these two post.

As the topic given,we need to state the relationship between the Assignment 7 in the UBS exercise book and the project that still in progress. 

The relation is we need to handling the business documents. Such as classified the documents as Sales,Purchase and so on. Next, this two activities has enable us to have a practical experience of bookkeeping and to feel how the real work will be.

All the skills that we have learned,we have applied it in the Assignment 7 and the Accounting Information System UBS project.

MY FREE TOPIC :)

Good evening to all our viewers, i hope you all very fine with god's blessings. so today i just want to share how i spend my chinese new year holiday. first of all i want to wish my all chinese friend happy new year.during my holiday i went to my hometown at penang.

Nearly two months ready i didn't see my family members. i really very happy when i saw my family members especially my parents.i reached penang on 20th of january the next day was my elder brother's birthday. my  family member's all gathered and done a small party at my house during that party, we cut small cake and grill barbecue chicken, its very delicious and i just love it. even that is a small party its really make me very happy and there are no words to describe it;)

on the third day i went to zoo taiping at perak with my family members. at zoo taiping as usual got a lot of animals for example tiger, lion, elephant, chimpanzee and more else. after a long worked we all really tired and had a great lunch. one more thing i forgot to tell is heavy traffic jam at the entrance of zoo taiping. anyway it was really good time with my family members;)  

Llast but not least, finally i went to fun fair at in front of my house;) i only play one game..hehehe. i just enjoyed my holiday with my family and friends so that i can relax my mind i really feel great and good.
